MySign NZSL Online course - Int (Part 4)

Learn NZSL (New Zealand Sign Language) online via MySign!

You will have an online class with qualified NZSL tutor to teach you and it is fully interactive - just online! 7 weeks online course starting Monday, 1st November 7.45pm - 9.15pm. This is suitable for students who have completed around 80 hours of NZSL or have completed Intermediate (Part 3) online or Level 2b onsite.

Dates: 1st November to 13th December

Course fee:  $130 for full 7 week class incl. weekly handouts/homework

Level: NZSL Intermediate - Part 3 (Level 2, Units 16 & 17)

At the end of this course, you will learn: 

Unit 16 - Out Country

• Report and discuss key demographic facts about New Zealand
• Explain and contrast an everyday ritual/event in your culture
• Describe and recount experiences about New Zealand outdoor activities (e.g. camping, boating)

Unit 15 - Travel and destinations

• Describe and contrast information about NZ and overseas travel destinations (e.g. Geographical environment,   attractions, activities, costs)
• Narrate personal experiences with   travel-related incidents (e.g. Delays, natural disasters, illnesses or   mishaps)
• Negotiate tasks for planning a trip   (e.g. Dates, itinerary, booking travel and accommodation, packing)
