NZSL Online course - Int (Part 3)

Learn NZSL (New Zealand Sign Language) online via MySign!

You will have an online class with qualified NZSL tutor to teach you and it is fully interactive - just online! 8 weeks online course starting Wednesday, 19th January 6.00pm - 7.30pm. This is suitable for students who have completed Intermediate (Part 2) online or Level 2b onsite (approx. 60 hours of NZSL).

Dates: 19th January to 10th March

Course fee:  $150 for full 8 week class incl. weekly handouts/homework

Level: NZSL Intermediate - Part 3 (Level 2, Units 14 & 15)

At the end of this course, learners will learn: 

Unit 14 - All about services

• Describe needs for everyday service (e.g. Repair car, electrician, vet)
• Discuss services and utilities provided (e.g. Prices, experiences, quality)
• Express and respond to concerns and advice about services
• Make suggestions and recommend services

Unit 15 - Health and wellbeing

• Explain common illnesses and treatments
• Discuss and give opinions about common health and wellbeing issues
• Recount simple personal experiences about health and wellbeing
