Professional Development training for NZSL tutors

NZSL Tutors online training - Open to all NZSL tutors in NZ “TeachSign Level One, Unit 4 and 5"

Are you teaching NZSL Level 1a, want to move up to Level 1b? Do you need more support for your NZSL teaching? 

Come to NZSL PD Tutors Training, we will focus on two units:

• Unit 4 - Family and Friends
• Unit 5 - Everyday Acitivities

Dates:

• Saturday, 3 September start 9.30am to 4.00pm (please arrive at 9:00am to register)
• Sunday, 4 September 9.00am to 3.00pm

Auckland Deaf Society (Deaf Club Hall), 16 Hillsborough Road, Three Kings, Auckland

Cost: $50 for NZSLTA and $40 for Merge NZ tutors. Morning/afternoon tea and lunch will be provided. 

Handouts will be given out. 

NZSL Tutors outside of Auckland are welcome to attend the training. Accommodation - please book your accommodation or stay with friends which will be under your costs.

Please register so we will know how many people are coming for us to prepare lunches. Once you have registered, you will receive the confirmation email (please check your junk mail, just in case if you didn't receive an email).

If you are Merge NZ tutor, you will need to contact Merge NZ so your registration will be done manually.
